A few years ago, I was living in constant stress and anxiety, overthinking, unable to relax or enjoy anything…I was in constant state of survival and not really living. Afraid of being seen, I kept myself small and quiet.

Discovering breathwork and the power of reprogramming my subconscious mind changed every thing.

Through daily practice, I learned to listen to my body, to reprogram fear and to trust my voice again.
